Most coaches avoid the business questions. Most consultants avoid the human ones underneath them. You end up needing two different people. Ongoing engagements or one-off sessions that flex to whatever’s actually in the way: money, relationships, business strategy, sexuality, direction, without switching coaches.
Who its for: People and business owners who want direct, one-on-one support, whether the issue is personal (relationships, self-trust, direction) or professional (strategy, marketing, leadership), often both at once.

Events
Multi-day trainings and retreats, ritual and event design for organizers and community leaders, and specialized trainings, built on three decades of holding space for groups doing vulnerable work.
Who its for: Individuals ready to go deeper in a group setting, and community leaders or event organizers who want facilitated, presence-based experiences brought to their own community.

Bodywork
Somatic work only fully lands and integrates if you trust the person doing it. That trust is earned, not assumed. I offer grounded, trauma-informed, consent-forward bodywork based on years of hands-on training that meets you exactly where you are.
Who its for: Anyone who is clear there are blocks to joy, expression, pleasure, or possibility. Many of my clients have never done anything like this. Many others are professionals themselves and they want to work feel safety and groundedness.
